How does ThinkVisual™ Coaching Work?
Real Support. Real Strategies. Real Progress.
Let’s walk through what a typical coaching journey looks like ( we are all about creating mental images).
Client Profile:
Amy, university graduate seeking clarity and confidence as she steps into the next chapter of her life.

Step 1: Enquiry & Intake Session (Trial)
When Amy first reached out, she shared that she was feeling stuck after graduation. She wasn’t sure what to do next and was battling low motivation, decision paralysis, and self-doubt. We began with a 90-minute intake session, which also served as a trial session.
Amy appreciated that it wasn’t just talk, we used visual tools, reflection prompts, and strengths-based language that helped her feel seen and supported, not judged.
Step 2: Choosing a Coaching Package
After the intake, Amy opted for a 3-session package, which is the minimum commitment for ThinkVisual™ Coaching. This structure gives space for momentum to build while keeping the process focused and manageable.

Sessions were held online (Amy was based in Sydney), and we scheduled them at mutually convenient times. Yes, we work with clients outside of Singapore as long as the time zone works for both of us. We also offer in-person sessions for local clients.

Step 3: Coaching Sessions
Each coaching session began with Amy setting the focus: one outcome she wanted to walk away with.
Over three sessions, we explored topics such as:
-
Clarifying values and career goals
-
Creating a visual “options map” of potential next steps
-
Addressing procrastination and motivation dips
-
Building routines that matched her energy and focus rhythms

We used positive psychology approach, grounding our work in hope, strengths, and possibility not pressure or performance.

At the end of each session, Amy left with:
-
Session Key Takeaways
-
“Practice Work” (small, doable action steps to apply between sessions)
-
A space to reflect on what helped, what didn’t, and what got in the way
We also touched on accountability, what kind felt helpful vs. stressful and how to reframe obstacles.

Step 4: Continuing or Closing
After her three sessions, Amy felt clearer and more confident. She decided to continue with a follow-up package to support her job search and manage her transition into full-time work. Some clients wrap after three sessions, others check in monthly or quarterly.

The pace is flexible, because your life is dynamic, and coaching should support that.
