The NICE Movement (Neurodiverse, Inclusive, Collaborative, Equitable) is dedicated to helping both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. We offer different pathways in Executive Function and Literacy to help individuals succeed in school, work, and everyday life. Through inclusivity and cooperation, we build essential skills and confidence, turning challenges into strengths. The NICE Movement has designed ThinkVisualâ„¢ pathways for 1) Literacy 2) Executive Function and 3) Coaching
At ThinkVisualâ„¢, we make invisible thinking skills visible. Our Executive Function Pathway uses a research-based, visual coaching framework to support individuals of all ages to build the skills needed to learn, work, and live with confidence.
Our pathways are designed for chilldren, youth and adults who face challenges in areas like focus, organisation, or task completion. Whether diagnosed with ADHD, Dyslexia, ASD or simply struggling with executive function skills, our coaching can help our clients reach their goals.
Executive function refers to the mental skills that help us manage time, stay organised, and plan effectively. These skills help people succeed in their professional and personal lives. Improving executive function helps individuals become more independent and confident learners, better equipped to overcome regular challenges.
ADHD coaching is goal-orientated and focuses on developing practical strategies to manage ADHD symptoms like inattention and impulsive acts. Tutoring, on the other hand, emphasises academic content, or therapy, which manages mental health. ADHD coaching provides tools and techniques to improve focus, self-regulation, and executive function skills for real-world application.
Our literacy intervention programs offer personalised support for reading comprehension, vocabulary, and fluency, tailored to each individual’s needs. Early intervention for dyslexia and other learning differences is necessary for building strong reading skills and confidence. We provide assessments and targeted strategies to promote literacy growth and a love for learning.
Early dyslexia intervention can make a significant difference in reading skills, comprehension, and overall academic success. With early intervention, your child can build foundational skills, minimise frustration, and foster a positive relationship with learning.
Our executive function coaching focuses on building essential skills such as goal-setting, time management, organisation, adaptable thinking, and planning. By developing these skills, our clients learn how to manage their tasks unassisted, increasing their ability to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
Our sessions are typically one-on-one, allowing for personalised attention and tailored procedures. Each session focuses on setting and achieving specific goals, building self-awareness, and learning practical skills. Sessions can be conducted in person or online, depending on your needs.
With our executive function coaching, clients often experience improved time management, stronger organisational skills, better planning abilities, and increased self-confidence. These skills not only support academic and professional success but also lead to more balanced, independent living.
Yes, we offer both in-person and online coaching to accommodate all clients. Our remote sessions provide the same level of support and effectiveness as in-person coaching, making it easier for clients to access our services from anywhere.
If your child struggles with reading comprehension, fluency, or retaining information from written material, literacy intervention may be valuable. Our team provides assessments to identify areas needing support and creates direct strategies to enhance reading skills and confidence.
We use regular assessments and feedback to track each client’s growth. We work closely with clients to adjust strategies based on progress, ensuring that every individual achieves measurable improvement in focus, literacy, and executive function skills.
